Our Cateye collection is made of 925 sterling silver, our Twisted, Vivid, Friends and Globe collections are made of stainless steel and may contain rose gold or gold plating. In addition, we work with sparkling zirconia stones.

Melano has a total of five different collections: Twisted, Vivid, Friends, Globe & Cateye.

twisted

All stones from our Twisted collection have a narrow screw thread, with which you can turn the stones in all Melano Twisted jewelry. Please note: the Twisted stones only fit in the Twisted jewelry.

Vivid

All stones from our Vivid collection have a wide screw thread, with which you can turn the stones in all Melano Vivid jewelry. Please note: the Vivid stones only fit in the Vivid jewelry.

friends

The Friends collection is not interchangeable and consists of ready-to-wear items, such as necklaces with different pendants and extension rings.

globe

The Globe collection consists of jewelry with a glass dome that you can fill with our Globe stones, confetti, sand from your favorite beach and much more.

cateye

The Cateye balls have been specially developed for the various Cateye rings and are also interchangeable.

Belgian customers can easily pay with Bancontact. You pay via the trusted online payment environment of your own bank.

MasterCard

You pay in the secure payment environment of Multisafepay. Enter your credit card number, security code and expiry date here and the payment is completed within a few clicks. Your credit card details are not transparent to us.

paypal

By linking your bank account or credit card to PayPal you can pay safely and quickly. You only need to enter your email address and password. Your financial information is not transparent to us.

Select your country and bank, log in with your internet banking details, confirm the transfer by entering your pin code or use the card reader.

Visa

You pay in the secure payment environment of Multisafepay. Enter your credit card number, security code and expiry date here and the payment is completed within a few clicks. Your credit card details are not transparent to us.

Ordered before 3 p.m. is shipped today!*

Within the Netherlands we ship with PostNL. Jewelry almost always fits in a letterbox package, so you do not have to be at home to receive the package. You will receive a track & trace code, so you can always check where your package is. Larger items, such as a jewelry box, are sent as regular parcel post from PostNL.

We ship to Belgium with bpost. Here too we send jewelry as a traceable letterbox package and larger items via regular parcel post.

We also send parcels to Germany, Luxembourg, Austria and the United Kingdom with PostNL.

*Monday to Friday, orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday will be shipped the next business day.

The Netherlands and Belgium

For The Netherlands and Belgium, we apply shipping costs of €3.95 for a letterbox package and €4.95 for regular parcel post for orders below €50. For orders of €50 or more, the shipping costs are no longer charged and you benefit from free shipping!

Germany

For Germany, we apply shipping costs of €9.50 for every order below €50. For every order from €50, you also benefit from free shipping in Germany!

Other countries

For all other countries the shipping costs differ for packages of less than €75.

Did you place your order before 3 p.m.? Then your package will be shipped today! In most cases you can expect your package the next day.

Yes, you can also shop with us from Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, France and the United Kingdom! We ship to Belgium with bpost and to all other countries with PostNL.

Still not completely satisfied with your jewellery? That can always happen. You always have the right to revoke the purchase agreement, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period starts from the moment your order is delivered.

The easiest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is to fill in the enclosed return form. The return form must at all times be sent with the return shipment, so that we can process your return properly. You must return the items to us without undue delay and the return must in any case be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the package. You are personally liable for a decrease in value of the goods that may be the result of acting differently than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

After you have received the package, you have 14 days to return the package.

Items purchased online can be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order in the original packaging and in unworn condition. The return shipment is at your own risk and expense.

Unfortunately, ordered items cannot be exchanged for another item. If you would still like to receive another item, we recommend that you return your purchase and place a new order. When your return meets the conditions, we will refund the purchase amount.

Did you receive a gift with your order and do you wish to return (part of) your order? If your total amount is less than the required amount for the respective promotion, the gift must also be returned. If you do not return the gift, the full product value will be deducted from your refund.

Guarantee

From the moment of purchase, Melano offers a 24-month warranty on its jewelry for manufacturing defects, insofar as mandatory law does not oppose this, and 6 months on the plating of its jewelry, unless there is improper use.

Keep your proof of purchase safe! You must show the proof of purchase  if you want to make a claim under the warranty. The date of purchase is stated on the proof of purchase.

Did you buy the item in our webshop? Please send a photo of the product and proof of purchase to hello@melano-jewelry.com.

Did you buy the item at one of our sales points? Then take the product and the proof of purchase to the point of sale.

Is the problem covered by our warranty conditions? Then we will (as far as possible) replace, repair or gild the product.
